In 1931 Lee Luke and his wife put their dream of operating a hotel in motion. The six-story, 73-guest room Dale was constructed in just six months. Prominent guests included the likes of Gene Autry and The Three Stooges.
By 1980, the 73 rooms were cobbled into 30-something apartments. Today, residents enjoy new windows, new electrical, new plumbing and a new elevator in the furnished apartments. Apartments start at $1,000/month and include furnishings, all utilities and parking.
